ORDERS & SHIPPING
You will receive an order confirmation from us as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder as it can sometimes end up there. You will receive another email once it has been dispatched from the studio.
We ship all over the world. We offer complimentary shipping, taxes & duties included. Please select your country and currency from the dropdown in the top right. If your country is not showing at the checkout, please get in touch and we will check the possibility of shipping.
Orders are processed at the studio within 4 working days. Once dispatched, deliveries within the UK usually arrive 2-3 days (but can take up to 7), overseas deliveries can take up to 20 days. Delivery times will vary depending on location and customs clearances, rural locations will take a little longer. Please email us directly before purchasing if you wish to receive an order by a specific date.
All taxes & duties incurred during the customs process are covered by us.
When an order is packed and fulfilled you receive a confirmation email with all shipping details, including a tracking number. Sometimes our emails but end up in your spam or promotions folder.
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your order number within 12 hours. After this period your order will be processed and can only be returned: info@studio-sette.com
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We have a 14 day return policy. You have 14 days to return an unwanted item to the studio. Please email returns@studio-sette.com with your order number and name to initiate the returns process. All products must be in original condition and packaging for the return to be accepted. You can find more details regarding our returns policy here
We do not currently offer exchanges except for exceptional circumstances. If you wish to change the size, please place a new order and create a return.
GIFTING
An invoice is only send via email, no invoice will appear in the package, making the gifting process discreet.
Yes we can accommodate gift messages. These are hand written for you at no extra cost. Please write your message in the notes section before you proceed to payment.
We ship all of our products in a black Sette jewellery box with accompanying jewellery pouch, alongside a note from us or the sender.
We do not currently offer gift cards. We recognise that they are a great way to treat someone special, so we will be implementing this option in 2025.
