SHIPPING

SHIPPING & CUSTOMS INFORMATION

We offer complimentary world wide delivery, taxes and duties included, on all orders.

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail special delivery.

Rest of the World orders are sent via DHL Express carbon compensated shipping (we do not ship to Russia or Ukraine).

We aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible, however please allow up to 4 working days. You will receive an email from us when your order has been dispatched with the tracking information. Please double check the product information before checking out as some of our pieces are made to order.

More Shipping information

Delivery times stated above are a guideline and will vary depending on location. Delivery to rural areas for example may take longer.

Orders placed will be shipped within 4 business business days. We are a family run business and everything is carefully packaged in the studio, please bear with us during public holidays and busy periods, where larger order quantities may lead to extended dispatch time. Please also note that orders are sent from our studio in rural Scotland.

All orders are shipped with DHL Express Worldwide Go Green, and will be delivered to your preferred delivery address or local delivery point. Please ensure your phone number is correct when checking out to receive updates on your delivery.

DHL may ask you to show you passport to prove your identity. We recommend keeping your passport to hand as proving ones identity is often a necessity for receiving foreign goods.

TAXES & DUTIES

All orders are shipped Delivery Duty Paid (DDP), all applicable duties and costs are included in the price of your order. There will be no additional charges when receiving the parcel.

Exceptions to this rule are:

  • China - limited to one item per order & duties and costs shall be the responsibility of the customer (handle with a local customs agent via DHL).
  • France & Portugal - on some occasions when shipping these countries there are additional duty charges from local customs which shall be the responsibility of the customer

INSURANCE

All orders are insured up until the package arrives at the delivery address. If your package has been damaged in transit, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to find a solution.
