1. DEFINTIONS

2. Our contract

The relationship between us is solely that of seller and customer:
- Seller: Studio Sette Ltd. (herein also The Seller, The Company).
- Customer: non-trader individuals (exc. professional/commercial activities).
Acceptance of Ts & Cs - any order of a product offered on the website implies the customer’s full acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. With the validation and confirmation of the order, they constitute the contract between Studio Sette and the customer. Studio Sette reserves the right to change the terms under which the website is offered. It is the responsibility of the customer to periodically check the website for any changes to these terms. The general terms and conditions of sale applicable are those in force on the website on the date the order is placed.

3. Orders - the customer may purchase any product presented as available and at the price indicated on the website on the day they place the order. The order confirmation is recorded on the registers of Studio Sette Ltd. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us. The customer is responsible for keeping a copy of these conditions of sale. Sette Studio reserves the right to cancel any order placed if there were errors concerning the price or availability of any item at the time of order. As computer monitors may vary, we cannot guarantee that the colour of the products will be completely accurate. If the customer doesn’t inform the seller about changes or modifications immediately, the details and data provided in the order will be accepted and the order is registered and considered definitive. The Seller will prepare the order for dispatch within the next few working days. For custom orders The Seller will inform The Customer, as custom orders may take up to 5 weeks to be dispatched. Although we will do our best to get this to you as quickly as possible, we ask for a period of 7 working days for your order to be dispatched from the day of placing your order.

4. Prices - the products prices are indicated on the website in euros. The seller reserves the right to modify prices. European Union and UK prices include Value Added Tax. Outside of the European Union, all customs charges and other possible additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are outwith the control of The Company.

5. Delivery - Deliveries of physical Products will be made from our premises, by specific carrier. We will notify the customer by email on the date of sending that the product has been dispatched and the expected delivery date. If the customer has not received an order within 20 days of the expected delivery date, we will issue a new product or refund (including delivery charge). We will strive to get orders delivered within 10 days of dispatch, however Studio Sette will not be held responsible for delivery delays relating to third party/the carrier. Our products are not available for delivery in: Iran, Russia, Ukraine, Sudan, North Korea, Syria.

6. Receipt of Goods – The Customer must verify the contents within 24 hours of receipt of goods and inform Studio Sette immediately by email info@studio-sette.com if there they believe there to be an issue. Should there by any problem/visible damage to the package from the carrier, The Customer should refuse the delivery and inform us immediately. Please note that our products are hand-made or hand finished, and therefore small variances between products will exist and the physical product may vary slightly from the images on the website. 7. Return of Goods – The Customer has the right to return goods within 14 days for a refund (excluding initial shipping costs) and must inform Studio Sette by email returns@studio-sette.com. The customer will bear the cost of the return. If the below conditions are not met, Studio Sette reserves the right to refuse a refund or offer store credit. To ensure a full refund is valid, the goods must be:

In original condition and packaging (dust bag, box, and any packaging)
Products not altered or modified
Within 14 days of receiving the product
Unused, unworn, in perfect re-saleable condition
The above is also applicable if The Customer requests an exchange
Customised products cannot be returned, refund requests will not be accepted

8. We Will:

reply promptly and in any event within 7 working days to any customer message, email or other correspondence;
when we have an obligation to return money to a customer for reasons outlined on Our Website, we will do so as provided by the returns and refunds policy.
Not reply promptly to abusive or aggressive emails.

9. Copyright and Ownership

All content on Our Website, is the property of Studio Sette and is protected by international copyright laws.
You may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content, except as is expressly permitted in this agreement or with our written consent.
For the sake of good order you should note that copyright exists in compilations and graphic images, shapes and styles, as well as in raw text.
Partial or total reproduction of the Studio Sette Trademark is strictly prohibited.
The resale of Studio Sette products is not permitted. Customers cannot modify, distribute or re-sell items from this website for any purpose. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to sell to The Customer if they are believed to be doing so.

10. Security of Our Website

If you violate Our Website we shall take legal action against you. You now agree that you will not, and will not allow any other person to:

modify, copy, or cause damage or unintended effect to any portion of Our Website, or any software used within it.
link to Our Website in any way that would cause the appearance or presentation of Our Website to be different
download any part of Our Website, without our express written consent;
collect or use any product listings, descriptions, or prices;
collect or use any information obtained from or about Our Website or the Content except as intended by this agreement;

11. Interruption

We give no warranty that the The Website will be satisfactory to you.
We will do all we can to maintain access to Our Website and Service, but it may be necessary for us to suspend Our Website for repairs, maintenance or other good reasons. The Website may also be interrupted for reasons beyond our control.
You agree that we are not liable to you for any loss whether foreseeable or not, arising as a result of interruption to our Service.

13. Miscellaneous matters

If you are in breach of any term of this agreement, we may:
- terminate your account and refuse access to Our Website;
- cancel any order at our discretion.
You agree that all our electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
In the event of a dispute between us, we as you undertake to attempt to settle the dispute by engaging in good faith with us in a process of mediation before commencing arbitration or litigation.
This agreement does not give any right to any third party under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) (Scotland) Act 2017 or otherwise.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in our performance of this agreement which is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
- The validity, construction and performance of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales / Scotland and you agree that any dispute arising from it shall be litigated only in that country.
