RETURNS & EXCHANGES INFORMATION
Sette Studio has a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from when you received your order to request a return and a further 14 days to ship it back to our studio.
If you wish to request a return, please email returns@studio-sette.com with your name and order number to initiate the returns process.
RETURN INFORMATION
If your order is shipped back to us outside of this time-window, we cannot accept the return. The product(s) will be returned to you.
To receive a refund, product(s) must be returned to the studio without any signs of wear, in original packaging and original condition. Returns are closely inspected at the studio and it these conditions are not met, Sette Studio reserves the right to refuse the return.
If you purchased a Sette piece from another retailer, please consult directly with the retailer with regards to their return policies, we are not responsible for products purchased from other retailers.
RETURN COSTS
Returns are the cost and responsibility of the customer. Please use a tracked and signed for service to ensure safe delivery to our studio, and keep the receipt. You may attach the receipt as an image in the email thread so it is easily recorded. Please return to the studio address below:

EXCHANGES
At present we do not offer exchanges. The easiest and quickest way to change a product is to return an item and place a new order.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED
Occasionally products get damaged in transit, or there may be an issue you have noticed that we have missed. If this is the case, please email us with your order number and name within 24 hours and we will do our best to find a solution. We are here to help.
