Shipping & Returns
As a small business, we are conscious of our impact on the environment, orders are shipped twice per week via Royal Mail. We ship from Northern Scotland so it my take a day or two longer to reach you, but rest assured your pieces will reach you promptly.
Shipping
You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email containing a tracking number when your order has been shipped. Please check your junk as they sometimes wiggle their way in there.
All shipments will require a signature on delivery.
Please smile at the human delivering your order, it will brighten their day.
United Kingdom:
- Free delivery - Royal Mail large letter signed, up to 7 working days, jewellery pouch only = free
- Standard - Royal Mail tracked & signed 48, up to 5 working days, jewellery gift box & pouch = £3.99
- Express Tracked - Royal Mail tracked & signed 48, dispatched within 48 hours, delivery within 48 hours, jewellery gift box and pouch = £6.99
Europe:
- Royal Mail International (up to 14 working days) // £8.00
Worldwide:
- Royal Mail International (up to 14 working days) // £12.00
(Countries we do not currently ship to: Ukraine, Russia)
If you live in a country where duty and VAT/Tax is payable on goods sent from the UK, please note that this is not included within the cost of the item. Customers are liable for their duty costs.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our goal. If you are unhappy with your Sette product in some way, please let us know. We want you to have a positive experience with us and will work with you to find a solution.
To return a piece, please notify us by email with your order number in the subject line to returns@sette-studio.com
We do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
You have 21 days from receiving your order to make and ship the return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Items must not have been used or damaged. All jewellery is eligible for return except for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. If they above conditions are met, we will reimburse the total amount excluding original shipping costs. The refund will be made via the original payment method and can take up to 30 working days to process. If the conditions outlined above are breached, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the customer requests a re-shipment of the damaged products, we reserve the right to request the customer to pay the costs for re-shipping.
Return requests outside the 21 day window are eligible for store credit. Please use a reliable courier with tracking, and return to the studio:
Made to Order
Sales of made to order pieces are final and returns will not be accepted.
Please email us within 2 working days of delivery if you believe that your item is in some way damaged.
We strive to ensure everything is perfect when it arrives with you - every item is quality checked multiple times at the manufacturer, upon arrival at the studio and when it is packed to be sent to you. However some factors are out our hands, such as courier damage. Please email returns@sette-studio.com so that we can rectify it for you.
