You will receive an email confirming your order, followed by another email containing a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

All shipments will require a signature to confirm receipt of the delivery.

UK deliveries:
- Royal Mail Express tracked (2-5 working days) = free on UK orders
- Royal Mail Priority tracked (within 48 hours, order before 11am) = £4.99

European deliveries
- Fedex (2-10 working days) // £7.00

International deliveries
- Fedex (3-12 working days) // £13.00

Countries we do not currently ship to: Ukraine, Russia

To return a piece, please notify us by email with your order number in the subject line to
You have 21 days from receiving your order to make and ship the return. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns will only be accepted in original packaging and in perfect condition for resale. Items must not have been used or damaged. All jewellery is eligible for return except for earrings due to hygiene reasons. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted. If they above conditions are met, we will reimburse the total amount excluding original shipping costs. The refund will be made via the original payment method and can take up to 30 working days to process. If the conditions outlined above are breached, we reserve the right to refuse the return. If the customer requests a re-shipment of the damaged products, we reserve the right to request the customer to pay the costs for re-shipping.

Return requests outside the 21 day window are eligible for store credit. Please use a reliable courier with tracking, and return to our studio:

Made to Order
Sales of made to order pieces are final and returns will not be accepted.

Please email us within 2 working days of delivery if you believe that your item is in some way damaged.

We strive to ensure everything is perfect when it arrives with you - every item is quality checked multiple times at the manufacturer, upon arrival at the studio and when it is packed to be sent to you. However some factors are out our hands, such as courier damage. Please email so that we can rectify it for you.
